What happens when you visit this site
This is a static website. Every element of a page — text, images, stylesheets and fonts — is delivered from the same server as the page itself. No content is loaded from external providers, so visiting this site does not disclose your visit to any third party.
The hosting provider records standard server log data when a page is requested: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and the browser and operating system reported by your device. This data is necessary to deliver the site and to maintain its security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating the site reliably.

Fonts
The typefaces used here (Source Serif 4 and IBM Plex Sans, both open source) are served from this website's own server. No request is made to Google Fonts or any other external font service, and no IP address is transmitted to a font provider.
Contacting us by email
If you write to the address given on this site, your message and the contact details it contains are stored in order to answer you and to handle any follow-up. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where it relates to a course registration, and otherwise on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Messages are deleted once they are no longer needed and no statutory retention obligation applies.
Registration for the course
Registration for APIP 2027 does not take place on this website. Where a registration link is provided, it leads to a system operated by b4c & solutions GmbH, whose own privacy notice applies to any data you enter there.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:

As the course approaches, this site may add functions — a registration link, an accommodation booking system, or embedded material. This notice is updated whenever that changes what is processed.
